CSM Heels, class 1 of 1

Day/Date/Time: Saturday, 4/20/2024, from Noon to 4:00 pm. This class meets once.

Description: Learn the basics of making heels on your circular sock machine with short rows. Several different styles of heels will be discussed, as well as why and when to use the different styles. You will make several different heels as samples to see how they compare to each other.

Time permitting: Turn 7 good heels in a row that can be made into a holiday wreath.

Required Supplies/Equipment/Books:

• Must have a working/functional machine. *If your machine is not working properly, schedule a CSM Clinic session here. *
• Must have a table, tools, buckle, and weights for your machine.
• Must have 100gr project yarn and waste yarn already wound on to a cone.
• A clamp light is very helpful.

Prerequisite: Must know how to set up and knit stockinette tubes with no dropped stitches and must understand and be able to get the proper tension for the yarn you are using.

Pre-Class Prep: Yarn wound on a cone.
