Description: Want to do more with your Sock Machine? Adding lace to an item gives it a custom handmade look. Class will discuss different types of lace and how simple they are to make. Class project – making an ornament or a lighted Mason Jar lantern. Skills learned include manipulating stitches and needles for a spectacular outcome and how to add beads.
Kit fees are not included in class fee and are payable to the instructor at the beginning of the class: Ornament and Crystal Buttons Kit Fee is $10.00; Lantern Kit Fee is $12.00

Required Supplies/Equipment/Books:
Prerequisite: Must know how to set up and knit stockinette tubes with no dropped stitches. Some general knowledge of how the machine works.
Pre-Class Prep: Yarn wound on a cone.
