Learn how to thread an inkle loom and read a pattern. We will make one band in class that incorporates several techniques. This class will open a whole new world to you, whether you are a reenactor or simply a modern crafter looking to expand your horizons. Bands have been used for thousands of years to contain things, close bags, keep hair neat, as a button band to match sweaters, to hold your socks up or your blouse to your body. No prior weaving experience is required.
