When Malabrigo dyes their fiber, the same formula is used each time but every batch may vary. The differences from one dye lot to another can be very subtle, or extremely noticeable, specially on variegated colorways.
Be sure to get enough fiber to complete your project since each braid may be a different dye lot, and braids may vary from bag to bag. To ensure more even color distribution, work from two braids at the same time, alternating as needed.
