“A quick and easy way to show off your Fair Isle knitting skills. Peerie means "small" in Orkney. These are the patterns traditionally used to set off the larger patterns in sweaters and other garments. While our intent is for knitters to place colors where they want to place them, we have included a full-color chart to duplicate one of the socks pictured as well as a color your own chart. You choose whether to have a matching pair, or a pair that just coordinates and makes you grin with silliness.“ ~Joan

Sizes:
7.75"/19.5 cm, (8.4"/21 cm), and (9"/23 cm) in circumference. 
Length before working heel from top of sock, approx. 6"/15 cm.
Length from back of heel to tip of toe approx. 9.25"/24 cm.

Yarn:
DK weight yarn.
Two main colors, four additional colors. This yardage is enough for all sizes and most color choices.
(A) Pink - 125 yds (115 m);
(B) Orange - 125 yds (115 m);
(C) Purple - 75 yds (65 m);
(D) Yellow - 75 yds (65 m);
(E) Lime - 75 yds (65 m);
(F) Turquoise - 75 yds (65 m).

Needles and Notions:
US 1/2.5 mm and US 2/3.0 mm for circular knitting or size to achieve gauge.
Stitch marker, tapestry needle.

Skills:
Knitting in the round, two-color stranded knitting, short rows, following a chart, Kitchener stitch/grafting.
