Each Wednesday this summer starting July 1, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Heritage Spinning & Weaving will transform into a fiber craft lab for kids ages 10-15. We will explore fiber arts through a variety of engaging crafts. The class size will be kept small and there will be two instructors per class to give individualized help. Students will learn useful, age-appropriate skills they can build upon. The goal is to encourage creativity and fun!
Each week will have a different topic: making a friendship bracelet with beads, a woven wall hanging, yarn wrapped wire words, learning to knit, making pompoms and tassels, and macramé. All supplies are included.
