Domino is the name given to a technique that builds small knitted modular squares and triangles on short, wooden (8") needles, that are then woven in as you go. Domino knitting is less stressful than other kinds of knitting on the arms and shoulders, which may perhaps be a blessing to those with muscular weakness who may have had to give up traditional knitting. Easy projects let you create attractive headbands and several interesting potholders as you learn, and then you progress to a lovely shawl, throws pillows or table runner and a smart denim-yarn backpack.
