Product Details

In this class Cherie provides a pattern for making gusseted fingerless mittens so you can have an actual useful, easy to knit product. In class you will learn about two methods for placing thumbs and practice both. Most importantly, you will make a thumb that has no gaps and looks great! There is pre-class prep.

BONUS: What you learn also applies to fingers in gloves.

This event is a learning event with all proceeds donated to the Shetland Peerie Maker program that teaches youngsters in Shetland to knit. Led by volunteers, children learn at after school programs. Our donation helps keep this tradition alive in a very real way. Meanwhile, on this side of the ocean, we will be learning, too.
